Project Overview
The Developer of this building knew that a key driver to the successful letting of the tenancies was to create a strong entrance foyer. We designed all of the finishes in the foyer and main public areas including feature lighting, wayfinding, AV & bespoke furniture. Once completed, this building secured the largest office tenancy of that year for Ireland, proving a strong impression is invaluable
